This position is Part time to Full time; meaning that a Part-time caseload is ready for you upon hire.

We are seeking passionate energetic licensed COTA to join our Team of amazing therapists here at Chayah Pediatric Therapy. COTA is needed in SW Houston/Richmond/Sugarland area.

This position is Hybrid. This means you treat in select ABA clinics and home health. As a therapist owned and operated company, we understand your needs and know how tasking commute can be, hence we pride ourselves in keeping clients within reasonable radius of each other so that you can focus your time on treatments and patient care as compared to driving all day.

This Position Requires:

• A current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA
• 1 year experience working with Pediatric population preferred
• A vehicle to commute
• Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Desire to work within a team environment
• Good communication skills to communicate with parents/caregivers

Responsibilities will include:

• Implementing plan of care, developed by the OT in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
• Managing a caseload of clients with varying diagnosis especially Autism
• Timely documentation of treatment notes in our online system
