Speech Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment programs for communication problems. 

These include children who have difficulties.

  • Language comprehension and expression
  • Grammar
  • Poor vocal quality
  • Fluency or stuttering difficulties 
  • Articulation or speech intelligibility
  • Oral Motor Skills like drooling
  • Stuttering
  • language or communication difficulties related to developmental delays. 

Speech Therapy may also help a child with Feeding Difficulties.

Diagnoses

Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Seizure Disorders, Developmental delay, Receptive-expressive language delay/disorder, Articulation disorder, Speech-sound disorders, Apraxia of speech; Stuttering, Voice disorders, Oral-Motor and Sensory feeding disorders.
