Chayah Pediatric Therapy has been providing home-based services to Pediatric clients in the Houston area. Owned and operated by a therapist; we understand your needs to work in an environment that appreciates your skills as well as one that will help you keep developing as a Clinician and supervisor.
- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or the equivalent
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology License
- 2 years’ experience as a Speech-Language Pathology in a pediatric setting preferred
- Provide resources that would aid continuous development of SLPA’s you are supervising
- Lead monthly meetings with the team of SLPA’s you supervise and provide reports to the Executive Director on such basis
- Strategize on ways to improve (with new research information) best practices to help clients maximize function
The SLP will direct all Clinical needs for Speech Therapy Department including but not limited to supervising up to 3 SLPAs, conducting evals, writing reports, and treating a small caseload.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
